Most popular with adjustable rear shocks:

Stage 4 Topo 2.0:

-Topo 2.0 Front Lift Kit (2 inches)
-Tuned Falcon 3.3 SP2 Adjustable Rear Reservoir Shocks (1 pair)
-Rear 5-Leaf Mini-Spring Pack and Bump Stop Spacers
-High Clearance Rear Shock Brackets

Highly recommended extras:

Bilstein Front Strut -- this is a better damper and balances out the higher spring in front.

Adjustable Lower Control Arms -- stock transits only have toe adjustment for alignment, and they are known to rip through tires. These control arms add camber and castor adjustment. It's another $1457 for parts. Adding it later is an extra 8 hrs of work, but doing it all together only adds 1.5 hrs.

All these items typically run $7600 installed.

Simpler option:

Swap the back shock for a non adjustable one. Saves about $500

Swap the rear springs for a lift block. If your van is on the light side, this works fine. Saves about $400

A step up:

Van Compass makes a front strut that is adjustable. It's ~$2000 more. They just came out with their second version and there has been a wait to get them.

Wheels and Tires

My favorites are the Method 703's with Falken Wildpeak AT4's. It's an agressive looking tire that's great in the snow and not too loud on highways. And I'd recommend a 245/75r16, which will fit with that 2 inch lift.
